The opportunity
We are seeking qualified Electricians to become integral parts of diverse maintenance and production teams. These roles are essential in ensuring the electrical systems’ safety, reliability, and efficiency across various businesses, encompassing responsibilities in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Install, upgrade, and test electrical components and systems according to industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all electrical work.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and minimize downtime.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
About you
- Certification in Electrical Engineering (Cert III or higher) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an Electrician, ideally in a manufacturing, agricultural, mining, or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
- Valid driver’s license; additional certifications like High Voltage Switching preferred.

Additional information
- Roles involve standard Monday to Friday schedules or shift work for 24-hour plants, with optional weekend and on-call duties.
- Prior to commencement, a pre-employment functional assessment, Drug and Alcohol testing, and Q Fever vaccination are required for some roles.
